Your resonsibilities:
• Design and implementation of global and local compensation and benefits concepts;
• preparation, coordination, and execution of the annual salary and bonus review cycles;
• management of global compensation projects and contribution to the development of a global rewards strategy;
• creation of benchmarks and job evaluations for management positions including deriving recommendations ( e.g.  Mercer);
• conceptual development and enhancement of Compensation & Benefits modules in Workday;
• development of KPIs and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation structure and ensure compliance with global guidelines.

Our requirements:

• Completed Master's degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Human Resources;
• relevant and several years of professional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in an international environment or as a consultant;
• experience in digital HR process mapping, ideally in Workday;
• excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
• structured, independent way of working and resilience under pressure;
• professionalism and charisma supported by strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
