Your responsibilities
- managing Controlling team (~15 employees) covering multiple countries and driving high employee engagement;
- driving harmonization, standardization, and excellence in processes within own team and across Miele;
- building strong relations with customers by proper communication, execution of services with proper quality and quantity;
- developing the team considering team members’ skills and business needs as well;
- ensuring controls and compliance with the requirements in daily operations within the team;
- managing and following up on operational topics (month-end closing, controlling master data management, data assignments, support of local management reporting).
Our requirements:
- experience in leadership position in Controlling;
- excellent understanding of Controlling processes and proven ability to constantly improve these processes;
- fluent written and oral communication in English (German language would be an advantage);
- good knowledge of SAP (COPA, CO-OM);
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- ability to deliver results within targeted time and make decisions quickly;
- problem-solving skills and ability to think critically; being solution focused;
- bachelor or equivalent / higher education.
