Your responsibilities:
- accepting and processing home appliance orders from our business partners; checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions;
- clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
- entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
- processing general administrative tasks of the department; active participation in implementation of improvements;
- potentialy supporting other markets.
Our requirements:
- min. B2 level of Croatian and English language;
at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service;
relevant work experience in SAP as an advantage;
team player able to work in cross cultural team;
flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
