Your responsibilites:
- direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status,
- timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners,
- clarifying customer complaints,
- checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.
Our requirements:
- C1 level of Dutch and communicative level of English,
- relevant work experience in customer service,
- experience with SAP or other ERP system,
- ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
