Your responsibilites:
Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status;
timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners;
clarifying customer complaints;
checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.
Our requirements:
C1 level of French and communicative level of English;
relevant work experience in customer service;
experience with SAP or other ERP system;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
