Your responsibilities:
  • preparing and updating employee's records;

  • responsibility for employee's time management;

  • cooperation with compensation and benefits suppliers (Medicover, Warta, Multisport, PPK);

  • improving ways of working on a newly implemented tools (Workday, Enova);

  • supporting in HR procedures creating/updating;

  • cooperation with payroll external service provider and other stakeholders;

  • other assigned duties from HR area.

Our requirements:
  • at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR area;

  • good written and oral communication in Polish and English (min. B2 level);

  • knowledge of labour law;

  • university degree (preferably Human Resources, Administration, Management);

  • assertiveness, flexibility and very good communication skills;

  • good MS-Office skills;

  • high attention to detail, commitment and resilience;

  • service and solution orientation with ability to identify and communicate potentials for process improvements.
