Your responsibilities

  • conducting full recruitment processes in SSC/BPO area (finance & accounting, sales support, procurement, IT);

  • being responsible for other assigned HR topics (trainings, documentation, HR administration, benefits or system support - to be decided based on candidate's profile);

  • cooperation with external and internal stakeholders;

  • other assigned duties from HR area.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment for white collar jobs;

  • knowledge of labor law;

  • very good communication skills;

  • good written and oral communication in Polish and English (min. B2 level);

  • University degree (preferably Human Resources, Psychology or Management) as an asset;

  • assertiveness and high level of independence;

  • team-player able to work in cross cultural team;

  • willingness to work on a fixed-term employment contract (1 year, with a chance for a longer cooperation if possible).
