Your responsibilities

accepting and processing home appliance orders from our business partners;
-
checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions;
-
clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
-
entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
-
processing general administrative tasks of the department;
-
active participation in implementation of improvements;
-
potentialy supporting other markets.
Our requirements
-
min. B2 level of Italian and English language;
-
relevant work experience in customer service as an advantage;
-
team player able to work in cross cultural team;
-
flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
-
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
-
attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.

experience working with SAP would be an additional asset.
