delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs;

identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents);

supporting time and motion measurement;

collecting and analyzing feedback about R2R processes – both from MGS and local Miele organizations;

performing Root Cause Analysis for identified issues and proposing actions;

being a part of execution of proposed changes and improvements;

supporting scope harmonization (alignment to Target Model).

several years of proven experience in R2R operations (Process Subject Matter Expert);

understanding of core end-to-end processes R2R and supporting systems;

fluency in written and spoken English;

proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;

proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;

hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);

ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change;

ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work;

ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way.
